The best thing I ever ate!

The best thing I ever ate! Tuh! I've had my fair share of different types of pastelon. The way that Puerto Ricans and Dominicans make it are different I love the texture of both one is fried the other is like mashed potatoes. It literally fills you up in like 2 bites. When I went to Virginia beach my family and I decided to go out to dinner at a spanish restaurant. OMG! I was in heaven. Every single bite made me happy inside. Who knew something would be so good! The amount of cheese, plaintain, beef all in one was perfect. It was definitely an experience I would love to go and try again.

Cookie Monster: Chocolate Peppermint Blossoms

It's usually chocolate kisses on top of peanut butter cookies but who knew that someone would come up with peppermint and chocolate! Yumm! Should definitely try this for the holidays coming up.

Best Meal Ever!!!

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon on June 10th 2013, I had experienced something I would never forget. I had gone to a restaurant called Alden Park. When I walked in the first thing I immediately noticed was how elegant and vibrant everything was. There was color splashed everywhere which made for a very different experience for me.I'm now seated and my waiter starts listing off the specials. The one that stood out the most was a pepper corn crusted steak. The top of the steak was dusted with pepper then cooked to your desire, gently placed on top of on an house made vegetable root gratin with asparagus draped on top. With your choice of a horseradish sauce drizzled on top. To me that sounded amazing so I had to order it. When our waiter brought it out the first thought that cam to my mind was wow. It looked absolutely amazing. I took my first bite and it was cooked to perfection. It had that nice flavor with a subtle bite at the end. The whole thing together was pure perfection that it had completely taken my mind off of how good looking our waiter was, which is hard to do. Anyway I walked away that day with an incredible experience and surprisingly a job! I still work there today and have the opportunity to serve people my favorite meal ever!!

As Told By Ginger

The best thing I ever ate

Hmm i eat a lot of things so I can't really pin point what the best thing is. But pretty close was steamers from a local restaurant in my home town called Cameos. The steamers sat in a nice puddle of white wine garlic sauce, the smell was so pungent. When I took the clam out of the shell and dipped it into the white wine garlic sauce took the single bite and fell in love. I tasted the garlic (which i love so much). The taste of clams that are fresh are unexplainable, just so perfect and refreshing.

Spicy Cravings

The best thing I have ever eaten has to be boneless buffalo tenders. I had these in 2006 when my family went to Virginia Beach. There was a restaurant named Rockfish who, I swear, had the spicyest and most tasty wings out there. The tenders are fresh and raw to begin with. Then they are breaded and deep fried until golden brown, and tossed with the sauce made from chili peppers, hot sauce, and seasonings. If you havn't guessed it already, buffalo wings are my favorite and Rockfish is the reason why.

Best thing i ever ate ....

The best thing I ever ate was Rhode Island style calamari, at Legal Seafood's. The calamari is always fried to golden brown perfection. After frying it is tossed in melted garlic butter and finely diced banana and cherry peppers. It is then served with sliced peppers and hot marinara. I did my internship last winter at the Legal Seafood's in Warwick, RI.. The first time I ever tried this calamari was during a lunch break on a double. It had already been a long morning and I loved it. It was special because employees can usually only eat off a certain menu for free while working, and this day my chef let us eat off the whole menu. I enjoyed working at Legal Seafood's it is a great company. I would highly recommend the trip to Warwick for the excellent seafood and service.

Line ups and the crowds they attract.

-Summer Camp 2014 line up released

Having a line up that mixes music genres is great but it often attracts the wrong people. A lot of patrons who enjoy heavy bass music like bassnectar are usually younger and more ignorant and the proof is in the pudding. http://www.timesunion.com/local/article/How-safe-is-Camp-Bisco-4650577.php in this article tells the story of a girl who took some bad drugs at a festival called Camp Bisco and turned into a human vegetable due to poor response time. Before this festival took up heavy bass music and sold out to the mainstream music scene, it was peaceful, and cleaner. Now their are deaths each year. Because Camp Bisco was the first festival to combine electronic and jam music they could be blamed for making festival going more of a mainstream activity. Because these festivals are seeing so much more traffic it increases diversity, and the more people there the more chance of having a couple bad eggs. If you look at the tragedies that took place at Electric Zoo http://www.cnn.com/2013/09/01/us/new-york-music-festival-canceled/ two overdose deaths, and a sixteen year old girl that was found under a car with her pants around her ankles reports say she was sexually assaulted. It has gone to far and acts like Bassnectar attract these soles godless mouth breathing college idiots. Death to the mainstream electronic dance music scene.

What is better than Foie Gras?

The best meal I have ever eaten was hear at Johnson and Wales in my Classical French lab. What is foie gras? It is simply fattened duck or goose liver. If you said to yourself ew then you have never tried it. It may seem gross but I can promise you from experience with proper seasoning it is great! Because of the fat in the liver it is so tender and with a slight sear on it; it will make your mouth water like crazy. To properly season the foie gras you just need to sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the liver. Then in a shallow sauté you want to heat up some oil and put a quick sear to both sides of the liver which will leave it with a beautiful brown coloration to both sides which will make it slightly crunchy. With the different textures in your mouth; your mouth will start to salivate just like mine did when I first had foie gras.

So you think you don't like seafood? WELL THINK AGAIN!

Everything you've ever ate has nothing on what i'm about to introduce you to. Sounds a little cocky right? i know, but everything you have eaten up to this point has got nothing and i mean NOTHING, on the cheesecake factories ''Crispy crab bites.'' These bite sized mini crab cake balls will send your palate on a adventure that will never be forgotten. Lump crab meat, plain bread crumbs, red and green bell peppers all molded into a circular little ball has to be the most tastiest thing i have ever had. Not to mention it is served with a tangy mustard sauce that is the perfect balance for this savory appetizer. Not a seafood lover? not a fan of crab? same thing i use to say. I definitely never considered myself a seafood lover hell i still don't, but these crab bites have completely changed my mind. Tasting these crab cakes have showed me that the key to a good crab cake is its simplicity, with only a few ingredients who knew that some thing so simply can taste so delicious. Non-seafood lovers i strongly encourage you to try this tasty appetizer, i promise you will not be disappointed.

Dining where you work

The first job I took after moving to RI for culinary school was at Fluke Wine Bar in Bowen's Wharf, Newport.  It has a three person line in a tiny little kitchen, and I was their garde manger, doing their charcuterie, salads, and small plates as well as their pastry guy.

In chatting with the executive chef, I mentioned that I wanted to take my girlfriend out for dinner somewhere nice that summer, since we had been dating exactly one year, and he suggested eating there at Fluke and he would personally put together a tasting menu for us.  The owner heard about it, and generously offered to pair each course with wines.

Now bear with me, this was two years ago and I had nine glasses of wine that evening, but this was the best meal I've ever had.  Also note that my girlfriend doesn't eat meat except seafood, and the restaurant with its location on Bowens Wharf is a bit seafood heavy.

Here is what I remember.  The dinner started off with several small plates; crustini plate with white bean puree, nut and olive tapenade and fine julienne of roasted red peppers.  Salt cod croquettes with an orange saffron aioli and basil oil.  There were a few other small plates and amuse-bousche, but I can't recall them as well.

There were three main courses, and each impressed me more than the last.  The first was a dish with sautéd filet of skate.  I had never had skate until I worked at Fluke, and it has a really wonderful texture and flavor.  It is tender and flakey, but has a meatiness similar to a sea scallop.

The second main course was monkfish, which if you've never had it, also has a really interesting texture and flavor.  I can best describe it as the fish version of lobster tail, but it more readily takes on the flavors of the dish and has a much smoother taste.

The third main course was sea bass caught the day before and bought on the wharf.  Honestly, I worked the day before and chef came in with the largest sea bass I'd ever seen (coincidentally, I was the one who scaled and filet the fish).  The sea bass was cut thick into a portion roughly the shape of a cube, as thick as it was wide.  It was seared hard on once side in butter and olive oil, then flipped, finished in the oven, and plated over a smear of a chinese fermented black garlic vinaigrette.

The main courses were followed by two salads.  One was a roasted beet salad with watermelon radish, fava beans, amaranth microgreens, and a hint of a thin but pleasantly strong dressing made from Roquefort cheese.  The other salad was an arugula salad tossed lightly in olive oil, freshly roasted Marcona almonds, white grapes all plated over a verjus dressing.  The salads were followed by a cheese plate of seven cheeses and even more wine.

We finished the meal with two desserts, along with dessert wines.  The first was a honey cheesecake, french style as opposed to New York, which was much lighter and less sweet (the honey drizzled very lightly over the top was where most of the sweetness hit).  The second was a tart filled with pastry cream topped with sliced banana which was then bruléed.

Considering all of this is from memory, nearly two years ago, and having drank an excessive amount of wine that evening, it goes to show how much of an impression food can have.

The Best Thing Ive Ever Eaten

Your not alive right now. That's right you heard me. Your not alive right now because you haven't lived until you've had a burger and fries from IN N' OUT burger. I remember my first day walking into the burger place thinking that the burgers where probably going to okay and nothing special. I had gone with my friends and they told me that I had to get a burger and fries "animal style" with a chocolate shake. I didn't have much of a choice because that was the only item on the menu. That's right again, you didn't read that wrong. The fast food place only offered one type of burger and fries, with the choice of going crazy and adding caramelized onions, cheese, and their secret sauce that they call ANIMAL STYLE. When they brought me my food, the smell of it made my mouth water like a dog. I had to take a bite instantly. About 5 minutes later my burger and fries were completely gone!
It was so good that I didn't even feel guilty when I had ordered seconds. IN N' OUT burger is currently holding the title of THE BEST THING I'VE EVER EATEN to this day.

Not Your Ordinary Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Bacon wrapped chicken. Sounds plain, but this was the exact opposite. The chicken is coated in chive cream cheese then wrapped fully with bacon and topped with fresh tarragon. As it cooks, the cream cheese absorbs into the chicken. It becomes creamy and succulent. The flavor of the chive and the fat from not only the cream cheese but the bacon, tenderizes the meat. The bacon on top tastes like it was grilled and falls apart as you cut it. Eating the bacon on the bottom is a completely different experience. It takes like the chicken and becomes soft but not chewy. The aroma coming off the plate is heavenly. You can smell the bacon but it’s being penetrated by the strong chive smell with a hint of tarragon in the background. Taking the first bite, I peeled off the bacon to try just the chicken. It was so rich, moist, and tender. I felt like I was biting into a Gusher, juices pouring out with a new flavor experience. The second bite, with the bacon this time, I completely underestimated the flavor. My taste buds went crazy. The saltiness from the bacon complimented the cream cheese. The tarragon added enough of an earthy tone that it mellowed the flavors out and the bitterness of chive when I bit into one added the perfect tang to the entire dish. I expected something filling for my stomach and instead got my taste buds filled with flavors as well!

Beauty At Best

Many people would agree that beauty is skin-deep. It is something that is found within and is illuminated to show outwardly. In today's society however, these same people would also agree that beauty is found in the outer appearance and to be maintained. To beauty and makeup gurus, beautifying seems to come naturally while for others, it takes a bit of practice. Outward beauty starts with taking care of yourself, as simple as that.  Skincare is very important. Taking care of acne, uneven skin tones, dry or oily skin among other things are predecessors of what makes your skin look better or possibly worse. Some people think of long and difficult processes to take care of these problems-multiple trips to the dermatologist,  purchasing costly skin products,  [sometimes] bizarre home remedies. As for myself, I require four things: a drugstore facial cleanser, moisturizer,  makeup remover if need be and a weekly facial mask. There is a brand of facial mask I've purchased twice, once out of curiosity, and secondly because I absolutely loved it and have yet to purchase more.
Mybeautydiary is a Taiwanese skin care brand particularly for face masks. These masks are very popular around Asia and serve several different functions such as skin lightening,  firming, oil control,  moisturizing, and clarifying to name a few. Teens and adults alike use these masks for those purposes.

Using this product is simple.
1) cleanse face
2) peel mask from package, the side that sticks on the foil goes on your face
3) leave it on for about 20 minutes ( I leave it on until it dries out completely)
4) peel it off.

As with any product put to use,  there will be pros and cons.

Pros:
-These masks come in a variety (black pearl, caviar, strawberry yogurt, aloe, honey,  etc.)
-made with natural ingredients
-are inexpensive (I got mine off Amazon, $15 for a box of 10 isn't too shabby)
-no matter how funky the ingredients are, scent wise, they are fragrant. The smell is subtle and not too strong,  just enough to enjoy.
-leaves skin feeling soft and refreshed
-masks are very moist, so much so that there is leftover serum in package to use. (Nothing to waste here!)
-most importantly it is great for sensitive skin
-the packaging is cute and girly

Cons:
-the masks are thin so it can rip a little easily
-it's a bit big for my face so it ends up being folded a little or wrinkled so it doesn't overlap into my hair

I am a person that can be very self conscious about my skin because at times I might be a pizza face with pimples and zits claiming my skin as their territory.  Other times I will be prone to having a dry, flakey face. It is not very attractive. It's like having a donut with the glaze coming off of it versus one that has its glaze perfectly intact. I'd want the prettier one but food is besides the point. I myself, am not a stickler for purchasing skin products for the mere fact that they are either costly or don't work as it guarantees it will. This product proves otherwise and I do not regret the making of this purchase.

My Norwegian drug

The best thing I ever ate was "skoleboller" or school buns at a Godt brød a bakery in Stavanger, Norway. These rolls are every flavor and food I love and adore combined into one divine creation. It consists of fresh, creamy, and slightly sweet vanilla custard nestled in a flaky cardamom flavored bun. Lastly it is topped with shredded coconut which adds just the perfect amount of sweetness. They are served warm, fresh out of the oven and the soft chewiness of the warm roll together with the delicateness of the custard and subtle taste of cardamom with the flavor of sweet coconut is absolutely sublime. I could live the rest of my life eating just coconut and custard alone so when I discovered this bun on a cold winters day I was in pure heavenly bliss. For one year I lived off of these rolls and even though it started to show( my clothes became increasing small) I would do it one thousand times over if I could.

Who Knew A Turtle Could Taste So Good?

Despite what thoughts may have run through your head when reading this title, no turtles were harmed in the making of this product. What are we talking about? Turtle pie; the most scrumptious dessert you will ever eat. It starts with an Oreo crust, giving it a slight but wonderful crunchy taste. On top of that are crushed, crunchy pecans mixed with lightly golden brown, smooth caramel sauce. A light and fluffy mousse made with the perfect amount of chocolate is then layered onto the caramel-pecan mixture. It is topped with sweet, creamy Chantilly and shavings of milk chocolate. This rich, smooth, and crunchy dessert is best when homemade, but will definitely be satisfying no matter where you eat it. "What about the turtles?" you might ask, and the answer is: there are none. The name came from an old restaurant called "The Velvet Turtle" whose signature dessert was made up of pecans, caramel, and chocolate ice cream. There have been many variations regarding how to make it, but the basic, delectable ingredients remain. Although hearing the name may make you question whether or not to try it, take the chance. I guarantee that it will be the best decision you will ever make... maybe not for your diet, but definitely for your taste buds.

Music makes the world go round.

Music is something that brings back memories, feelings and also creates them. Music helps many people through tough times in their lives. Music acts as an amazing therapist and I always find myself letting my music talk me through any situation. That is why my best purchase was my i pod connector for my car.

I just plug in any type of music that fits to my mood and let loose in my car. I am one to sing as loud as I can.... that doesn't mean I am a very good one. However I can blast my music and make a total fool out of myself. I know like many collage kids I live far from home and my i-pod connector occupies me when I am driving on hours on end.

This purchase was about 30 dollars and it's amazing. For all my music, concert, and festival lovers out there this is one of the best purchases you will ever make.
Sincerely, Georgeyporgy123

The Best Purchase I Ever Made So Far

The best product I ever made was a combination of a glass teapot with mesh infuser and two small glass teacups. I purchased them when I was back in China two years ago, and I decided to bring them to America with me this time.
There are two reasons why I believe it is the best purchase I ever made. One is that I love drinking tea, especially the tea with dried leaves. The other reason is that the teapot that I bought is a perfect tool for the leafy tea. Because of the infuser inside the teapot, I can put some of the dried tealeaf into the infuser and fill with hot water. That way the dried tealeaf can be rehydrated and starts to turn soft, as well as the smell and flavor starts to release out. After that, the best part of this teapot is I can press a button on top of lid, and the hot tea will be filtered from infuser in order to separate the water and the leaf. Now I can pour my tea into one of my teacups and enjoy.

However, some people may think it is time consuming. But for me, it is definitely worth the effort base on the outcome. That is why I believe this teapot is the best purchase I made so far.

My Best and Favorite Purchase I Have Ever Made!

Ordering textbooks is often a huge headache – especially when you have to buy them new. However, one of the best purchases I have ever made is Amazon Prime. While the cost of a one-year membership is the equivalent to some of the textbooks we have to purchase for classes, it has been a wonderful investment.

Not only has it been useful for school purposes, but also for other purposes. Whenever I need to get a last-minute gift or just want to impulse shop, Amazon pretty much has everything I could ever hope to find. From culinary tools to movies and books to a microwaveable s’mores maker,  there isn’t much that they don’t have.

And as an added bonus, you also get access to hundreds of TV shows and movies which you can instantly stream online. Also, you can add four guests to your account so they can take advantage of the free two-day shipping, too. I have two siblings in college who have had to order books as well, so it has been very convenient for the three of us (plus our mom of course) to use. You also get free returns, too, which can save a lot of money due to the ever-increasing prices at the post office.

So whether I’m using Amazon to be a productive college student or a distracted young adult, it has many perks all around and I will most definitely continue to use it!

The King of all Paninis!!!

The Best Thing I Ever Ate was the pesto chicken panini at Ariba Cafe in Hudson, MA. This sandwich is delicious! The components that create this sandwich are buttery, white bread, a fresh basil pesto, roasted red peppers, grilled chicken, and melted american cheese. Just seeing the panini in front of me makes my mouth water. The flavors of these ingredients assault your palate at the first crunchy bite. Its a happy marriage between the sweet red peppers and the grilled chicken, and the salty pesto and the buttery bread. Prepare for your mind to be blown!

The Best Thing I've EVER Ate

Hey.  How 'bout that ride in?  That must be why they call it Sin City, haha.  Have you ever been to Vegas?  One of the most interesting cities in the United States with the best food that you can find.  Restaurant Guy Savoy, which is one of the few 2 Michelin Starred restaurants in the US.  The Mesa Grill owned by Chef Bobby Flay.  Nobu.  Emeril. Wolfgang Puck.  All of these are world-renown top restaurants.

The fall of 2011 I went to Las Vegas for the second time with my 18U travel baseball team the Michigan Selects.  We had a Halloween tournament that we played out there.  When I wasn't playing baseball, or at the poolside, or up in the room with the guys, I was walking around with my parents.

I went to a handful of different restaurants with my parents while I was there in Vegas.  But my favorite was a small Mix and Match restaurant that was in the back corner of the MGM Grand Casino.  It was a little Asian/Sushi Bar type restaurant where you sat on extremely short seats.  The host pulled out the chairs for you and you sat down in the soft fabric that encompasses you.

We ordered 6 different things to try.  Cabbage rolls filled with pork and then a small Asian salad for my mother.  My dad and I ordered 2 different things of sushi, seared ahi tuna with a side sauce, and something else.

That Seared Ahi Tuna was perfection in the form of food!  Perfectly cooked, evenly coated with spices,  gently red in the middle.  The plate presentation is small squares of the tuna shingled with the sauce container on the end.  Warm on the outside, slightly raw in the middle.  Put a small amount of this sauce on top and place it on your tongue…the tuna literally melts throughout your palate.  Like I said.  Perfection.  I would go back and order this in a heartbeat!

The Best purchase of My Life

Hands down, the best thing I ever brought is my iPhone. Not only can I do normal things like call and text but I can also check all of my social media accounts, FaceTime people, and so much more. My iPhone is pretty much my life right now.

Having my phone has allowed me to keep in touch with my boyfriend so much better. I love being able to see him as we talk on FaceTime. I know that they're sites like Skype and Oovoo that you can do that on but having it on my phone is so much more convenient.

My phone is my best purchase because it adds convenience and distraction in my life. There is not much that I can't do on it which is both convenient and distracting. That is why I love it, there is always room fir a little distraction in life.

The Best Thing I ever Ate: Steak Tartare

Have you ever tried a dish for the first time and its the most delicious thing you've ever tasted? so much so that it doesn't stop your heart but starts it. The only dish that has ever given me that sensation is the Steak Tartare from "The Farmhouse" restaurant in Burlington VT.  The first time I dined there I ordered the steak tartare to start and once it was placed in front of me I was immediately mesmerized. I looked down and my plate and studied every aspect of it, from the bright red color of the tender steak, to the small pieces of capers, red onion, and minced chives. I took a small piece of toasted bread from my plate, spooned some tartare on top and placed it in my mouth. I instantly taste mustard and capers bursting in my mouth. Then a little spice from the mustard and black pepper. The steak was completely tender and cut to the right size. The crunch from the red onion and tartness from the capers rounded out everything perfectly like the cherry on top. washing it all down with home brewed iced tea, I was in heaven.

The Best Thing I've Ever Ate

The best thing I ever ate was when my parents and I were in Paris, France for a long weekend. My mom and I arrive to Paris a few hours before my dad did since he was over in London, England for a business trip. Since my mom and I spent hours traveling, we really haven't had that much of a good meal since leaving the States. After helping my mom finding and checking into the hotel, we decided to go out to Paris to find somewhere to eat. We chose a cafe close to the hotel that had food the sounded delicious, since it was my first time being in France. After reading through the menu, I found something that I thought would be like the American version. A hot dog. You know, a single hot dog in a single hot dog bun. But when the waiter came out with our food, I got something more than I expected. A large roll with two hot dogs layered wither cheese. I was shocked that something that sounds so familiar  but can be so different in a different country. It tasted like hot dog heaven since it had a good amount of cheese in it. If I ever go back, I will most diffidently will find that cafe again and get another hot dog.

A Cozy Pub and An Unexpected Surprise

With my left hand grasping my boyfriend's right, we lazily wandered around a small hipster-esque town called New Hope. Aimlessly window-shopping and more so just admiring all of the hand made items and antique shops, our bellies began to grumble. Not wanting to walk any further than necessary, we settled for a meal in a cheap pub.

At first glance, the pub seemed just like the average run of the mill burgers and greasy fries joint (something I'm not a huge fan of). As I skimmed the menu, which consisted of nothing but what I predicted, I found something unexpected: Roasted Vegetables and Creamed Corn Quinoa. With my curiosity peaked, I ordered it.

I sat in the warm and cozy red booth of the pub, sipping on tea, listening to the almost too loud music coming from the jukebox. I exchanged a few words with my boyfriend, commenting on the food passing by, or on those sitting at the bar displaying signs of substantial drunkeness (at 4pm). Then, my almost too skinny waitress brought out our plates, which looked as though they weighed more than her.

In front of me sat a colorful display of various roasted vegetables ranging from mushrooms to red peppers. All of the veggies were laying on top of a bed of quinoa, and just screaming, "Eat me!". I picked up my fork and dove right in, right in to the most heavenly dish I have ever experienced.

The quinoa was perfectly cooked, almost to the point where it melted in my mouth. The sweet corn swirled around my palate in a sweet, yet delicately creamy flavor. I could not get enough of this dish. The vegetables were still slightly crisp, yet had that nice char on them from the grill. Sweet, creamy, comforting, what didn't this dish have?! For me, this was the ultimate dish of comfort food, and it felt as though I was eating it in my own home, right in front of the fire on my leather couch.

That day, I left completely satisfied, with a warm and full belly. Ever have a dish that you constantly think about and can't wait until you can go back and get it again? Yeah, I still dream about this dish.

Who Knew Gluten Free Could Be So Good?

http://glutenfreegirl.com/2011/09/gluten-free-glazed-yeast-doughnuts/

It is much more common to find people eating gluten free nowadays, whether due to celiac disease or a desire to cut glutens out of their diet just because. For people who don't need to and haven't tried to, however, they probably think everything gluten free is gross. That is not the case however, and this blogger has some great recipes for all different types of foods. As a culinary major I believe it's important to know how to make some delicious gluten free foods just in case someone you meet can't eat gluten.

Writing: You Can Pickle It

Relish, as a noun, comes from Old French relais, reles, "something remaining, that which is left behind," from relaisser "to leave behind" (Online Etymology Dictionary). When put to motion, as a verb, it is both "to give pleasure" and "to take pleasure in"--to release.

Writing as a gesture of relish asks: how much vinegar per parts vim; brine words whole or quartered and drawn; water bath and vacuum seal or fresh off the page; rendered truth or by the book; preserve upon canning or serve upon sleeve?

Virginia Woolf stated: “For pleasure has no relish unless we share it.”
I invite you to share your RELISH here on this page. What will you savor; what will you release?
