The best thing I ever ate was "skoleboller" or school buns at a Godt brød a bakery in Stavanger, Norway. These rolls are every flavor and food I love and adore combined into one divine creation. It consists of fresh, creamy, and slightly sweet vanilla custard nestled in a flaky cardamom flavored bun. Lastly it is topped with shredded coconut which adds just the perfect amount of sweetness. They are served warm, fresh out of the oven and the soft chewiness of the warm roll together with the delicateness of the custard and subtle taste of cardamom with the flavor of sweet coconut is absolutely sublime. I could live the rest of my life eating just coconut and custard alone so when I discovered this bun on a cold winters day I was in pure heavenly bliss. For one year I lived off of these rolls and even though it started to show( my clothes became increasing small) I would do it one thousand times over if I could.
