Hmm i eat a lot of things so I can't really pin point what the best thing is. But pretty close was steamers from a local restaurant in my home town called Cameos. The steamers sat in a nice puddle of white wine garlic sauce, the smell was so pungent.When I took the clam out of the shell and dipped it into the white wine garlic sauce took the single bite and fell in love. I tasted the garlic (which i love so much). The taste of clams that are fresh are unexplainable, just so perfect and refreshing.
