Almost 10 years after the first "Anchorman" movie came to theaters, a sequel was released chronicling the life of the legendary news anchor Ron Burgundy. This movie had a lot of hype surrounding its premiere because the first one was such a success.
I personally felt let down by the second movie. Everyone had their own expectations that I think the movie just had too many expectations to live up to. I think the "Anchorman" story would have best been left as a single movie. I believe the creators tried to include everything that people wanted to see in the movie, and it resulted in the plot being lost. It was certainly a funny movie, but it was very hard to see what the main purpose was of the two hour movie.
